Cancellation Policy
Please reference our refund policy for cancellations. For Drop-In Play, we often have a waitlist of players that would happily take a canceled seat, given at least 24 hours notice. We are happy to assist in rescheduling a service for another available date. Private parties both on-site and off-site require a 50% deposit. Given reasonable notice, a private party may be rescheduled without loss of deposit. A full refund for a private party will be given with at least seven days notice. If a cancellation is requested within seven days of the event, the deposit will not be refunded.
