Welcome to the Mahjong Social Club. By using our facilities and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Nature of Our Establishment

The Mahjong Social Club is a social gaming venue for recreational entertainment purposes only.

Not a Gambling Establishment

  • Our parlor provides space and equipment for playing mahjong as a game of skill and social entertainment

  • NO gambling, betting, or wagering of any kind is permitted on the premises

  • We do not facilitate, encourage, or allow any form of monetary exchange related to game outcomes

  • Any violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the premises

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in gambling activities

Alcohol Policy

  • Guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages at their own risk and responsibility

  • Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol on the premises

  • We are not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or issues related to alcohol consumption

  • Guests who bring alcohol must consume responsibly and follow all applicable laws

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately

  • Minors are not permitted to consume alcohol under any circumstances

2. Use of Facilities

By visiting our parlor, you agree to:

  • Use our facilities respectfully and in accordance with posted rules

  • Treat staff, other guests, and equipment with courtesy and care

  • Follow all instructions provided by our staff

  • Not engage in any illegal activities on the premises

  • Supervise any minors in your party at all times

3. Reservations and Cancellations

  • Reservations are subject to availability

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations due to unforeseen circumstances

  • Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking

4. Liability

  • You participate in activities at your own risk

  • The Mahjong Social Club is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Mahjong Social Club, its owners, and staff from any claims arising from your use of our facilities

5. Photography and Media

By visiting our parlor, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in promotional materials, please inform our staff.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest from the premises for:

  • Violation of our no-gambling or alcohol policies

  • Disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior

  • Failure to comply with facility rules and staff instructions

  • Any other reason deemed necessary for the safety and comfort of our guests and staff

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Colorado.
