At the Mahjong Social Club, we strive to provide the best gaming experience for all our guests. Since mahjong is best played with four players, cancellations can significantly impact other players' experiences and our ability to fill tables.

Cancellation Notice Requirements
Drop-In Play (Individual Seats)

24 Hours or More Notice

  • Full refund provided if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled time

  • This allows us to offer your spot to players on our waitlist and ensure full tables for others

Less Than 24 Hours Notice

  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time

  • Late cancellations make it difficult to fill your spot and impact other players who were counting on a full table

Private Table or Full Space Reservations

7 Days or More Notice

  • Full refund provided if you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled reservation

  • This gives us adequate time to rebook the space for other groups

Less Than 7 Days Notice

  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before your scheduled reservation

  • Late cancellations of entire tables or the full space significantly impact our scheduling and revenue

Waitlist

We maintain a waitlist of players eager to join games. By giving us adequate notice, you help us:

  • Fill your spot with another enthusiastic player

  • Ensure complete tables of four players

  • Provide the best experience for everyone

No-Shows

Failure to show up for a reservation without prior notice will be treated as a less-than-24-hours cancellation (no refund). Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to make future reservations.
