Beginner Classes

First-time players or a fresh start

Our beginner classes are designed for people who've never touched a tile—or who tried once, got confused, and want to try again with better guidance. We cover everything: what all those tiles mean, how the game flows, how to build a winning hand, and how to actually enjoy yourself while learning.

 

Session Types

You'll get clear explanations, plenty of hands-on practice, patient answers to every question (yes, even the ones you think are "obvious"), and the confidence to join open play sessions. We keep it light, celebrate small victories, and make sure you leave feeling like "I can actually do this."

Details:

• Duration: 2-hour sessions

• Price: $50 per person

• Class Size: 8-12 students (we prefer multiples of 4!)

• What's Included: All materials, practice games, take-home reference guide, ongoing community support

 

Schedule*:

• Tuesdays: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

• Wednesdays: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

• Thursdays: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

• Saturdays: 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM & 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM

• Sundays: 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM & 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
